So you’ve read all the hoopla about why grains are bad for you, you’ve decided to take a huge step toward optimal health and gotten your affairs in order. You’ve cleaned out your pantry, your fridge and your freezer and you’ve stocked up on a few essentials.
Now what? Well today is your lucky day! Today is the day that you go forward and never look back. You are headed into a future of optimal health and wellness, a life with endless energy, reduced aches, pains and sickness, stable blood sugars and you are moving towards achieving your perfect body weight. Congratulations!
I want to you start thinking of this new way of eating as the road to all things good. I don’t want you to think of it as being on a diet. Eating the primal way is simply a healthier, more simple way to eat that is sustainable for life!
